CONGRATULATIONS -- you have an unbelievable Saturday in July to look forward to!

Groupon has led you to the greatest summer event permitted by law. Boobs & Tubes 2016 is gathering hard working, fun loving, DEAL loving New Yorkers for an exclusive "Groupon friends" day of tubing, games, barbeques, and connecting with old buddies and making new friends. Relax, play, eat, listen to great music, and generally have the greatest summer Saturday ever.

If you are reading this, you have purchased a Groupon Deal that entitles you to a daylong river tubing excursion with Boobs & Tubes and barbecue party with round-trip transportation. Whether you have chosen the deal leaving from Manhattan or Hoboken, you are in for an action packed day that is sure to leave you wanting more.

In order to ensure a smooth departure on Saturday July 30th, 2016 you will need to do the following things BEFORE boarding your bus @ 7:15 AM the day of our event:

• Print out your GROUPON Voucher and provide the voucher to the Boobs & Tubes Event Staff at the bus departure site you selected.
  • Please note, if you selected and purchased the HOBOKEN departure Groupon Deal, then you must be prepared to board your bus in HOBOKEN @ 7:30 AM in front of 12 Hudson Place, Hoboken, New Jersey 07030 (across the cobblestone street from the PATH Station). If you selected and purchased the MANHATTAN departure Groupon Deal, then you must board your bus in MANHATTAN @ 7:30 AM in front of 421 8th Ave (between 32nd and 33rd Street ), New York, NY 10001 (in front of the Post Office on 8th Avenue).
• Print out and sign BOTH Waivers in our Download Center located on the right side of THIS page and give to the Boobs & Tubes Event Staff prior to boarding
• Have ready the EXACT CASH AMOUNT for TAX DUE of $10 for the Manhattan Groupon Deal / pickup and $10 for the Hoboken Groupon Deal / pickup. Our Event Staff will NOT have change to offer you and you will NOT be permitted to board without taxes paid.
• Make sure you have what you need for the day! We suggest that you:
  • Bring your own breakfast for the bus ride and lunch / snacks along with the beverages of your choice for the river ride! Please be mindful that you CANNOT bring GLASS bottles of any kind on the river. Bring aluminum or plastic containers only. Broken glass and tube floats don't mix. Small plastic floating coolers and some twine or rope to tie up to your belongings, tubes and friends are highly recommended. Once you're floating down the river, whatever you brought with you is all you've got till you finally land. So bring everything with you that you'll want. Again, Waterproof Coolers and/or small cooler tubes to carry them are always helpful.
  • Bring a hat, shirt, sunscreen, etc. if you're worried about receiving a painful burn. We all love the sun -- until it burns us to a crisp!
  • Pack dry clothes for the BBQ and the trip home! Anything brought on the river ride has a good chance of getting wet so be sure to pack whatever you don't want wet in a water tight bag. Boobs & Tubes also offers a Private Bag Check for our Groupon guests for $3 if you would like our Event Security Staff to keep the belongings you do not want on the river, dry and waiting for you when you get back from the tubing trip.
  • Bring $ for Raffles and Donations for CHARITY!.

WHAT'S YOUR REGISTRATION CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY?

For Groupon Voucher Holders: We don't cancel or postpone because of rain. A large event tent will be centrally located on the NY Skinner's Falls campground for ALL Groupon Voucher holders . The entertainment will continue rain or shine. We've found that people are going to come and have fun, weather or no weather.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Hey, it's still a party. We just bring the party in under our tents and keep the good times rolling. We might still go tubing if the weather isn't too bad, but if the tubing gets totally rained out, we will have plenty of games and music under the Groupon event tent.

HOW CAN I PLAN MY TRIP BETTER?

Well, obviously you need to know how to get where you're going, what to bring for the tubing portion of the day, and what the local weather's going to be like. Take a look at these checklists to make sure you're ready to party….

Bus Pre-Boarding Checklist:

• Do you have your Groupon Voucher?
• Have you got the exact cash amount of tax due for your trip? ($10 for NYC, $10 for NJ)
• Did you print, sign and bring with you ALL waivers required?
• Did you get your breakfast or Ziplocked Bagged lunch? Did you buy drinks (aluminum cans only?
• Do you have extra cash on you? (There are NO ATM's at the campground so if you would like to purchase any raffles, donate any monies to charity or buy Boobs & Tubes merchandise, cash will be your only option.
• Please make sure to arrive at your departure location no later than 7:30 AM. We will be leaving PROMPTLY at 7:30 AM.

• Do you have your river swimming gear?
• Did you bring twine or rope to keep your belongings and friends together down the river?

• Are all your drinks in plastic or aluminum containers?

• Do you have a watertight bag for storing things you want kept dry?

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Lifejackets are included as part of this River Trip. Please remember you will be swimming and tubing at your own risk, because we won't have any lifeguards sitting there watching for dumb moves or determined attempts to drown yourself or others. If you're not confident about your swimming skills or even if you are, we strongly recommend wearing a lifejacket in case you find yourself in one of the river's deeper patches.
